    • Cement Mortar ratio for Plastering work 1:6 (Cement: Sand).
    • The thickness of Internal plastering varies from 15mm to 18mm.
    • The thickness of external plastering shall be 20mm double coat plastering.
    • Electrical concealed work carried out before plastering to avoid reworks including chipping.
    • Masonry and concrete junctions are sealed with mesh plastering to avoid minor cracks.
    • Corner beads are installed on all internal corners to protect from damages.
    • Bull marking is done before plastering to ensure the plumb of the wall.
